Overnight and day pass holders are invited to check in at the Smith Center starting at 4:00 pm on Friday, March 7th

Day Pass are invited to check in at the Hatch Auditorium starting at 4:00 pm on Friday, March 7th

Retreat Kickoff: The retreat officially begins in the Hatch Auditorium at 6:00 pm

Saturday Registration:

For those unable to join on Friday, we have a Saturday registration at the Hatch Auditorium from 7:30 - 9:30 am
Overnight Guests:

All overnight guests will enjoy a comfortable stay at the Smith Center. Linens, including bedding and towels, are thoughtfully provided. Remember to bring your hairdryers and toiletries, as they are not provided
Meals Overnight & Day Pass Holders:

Breakfast provided on Saturday and Sunday

Lunch provided on Saturday

Dinner provided to all overnight guests

Dinner provided to day pass holders if requested

Before your arrival at Fort Caswell on Friday, please remember to grab dinner, as there will not be food options available

What to Bring: Casual attire for the retreat's unique atmosphere. Prepare for coastal temperatures with layered clothing, a warm jacket, sweater, gloves, and a scarf. Comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and a light rain jacket or umbrella are recommended

Don’t forget to bring a cozy blanket and folding lawn chair for our firepit gathering

We suggest placing your suitcases in the car before the worship service

For those heading to Wilmington International or Myrtle Beach Airport, we're happy to store your luggage in a designated area
